355757 - Small no-texted "tooltip" appears upon restart

Yesterday and today I've been restarting the browser a lot while developing an extension. Upon restarts, I see a small tooltip like box with no info in it. I have the option set to show same windows and tabs as last time. I've seen this with the past two nightlys and don't believe it started before than.

I believe this is separate but maybe its not. On http://www.pngp.it/eng/panorama.htm just hover over the image for a few and the little blank box shows up and at the same time this error shows up in the error console:

Error: Could not convert Native argument = NS_ERROR_XPC_BAD_CONVERT_NATIVE

hmm weird, during reporting of this bug the mouse pointer from that site shows up in this text box but only between the first sentence and the first half of the second sentence.

I've seen the little tooltip since weeks
But out of a 100 startups maybe once

I don't think I have seen this is a long, long time.  Suggest closing as WFM.

I see this after moving from 3.0.12 to 3.5.1.
it seems like the "on page" html tooltips are all broken and show just a small (maybe 15 by 8 pixels) tooltip rectangle with a small shadow to its bottom right and no text at all.
