I am using google toolbar, yahoo toolbar and have the default three toolbars
open (icons placed to my liking). Using Firefox version 20060909 (1.5.0.7) and Win XP Home SP2.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add toolbars propably
2. open tabs propably
3. use firefox 1.5.0.7 for a while maximizing it and restoring it

Actual Results:  
toolbars stop resizing after maximizing and restoring a window with tabs

Expected Results:  
resize the toolbars

an empty line-toolbar appears on top
