355867 - Uninstalling extension does not produce a "restart firefox" option

If I install an extension that requires firefox to restart, it has a convenient button to push to restart firefox with the same tabs loaded.  However, uninstalling an extension does not make this feature available.  I found this feature to be useful if attempting to quickly try out a few related extensions and pick the best of the group to stay with.

1. Uninstall an extension

Actual Results:  
No restart firefox option appears.

Expected Results:  
A restart firefox option appears.
