I am unable to login on to a secure site. The pop up authentication screen does not allow me to enter a password. The authentication is created by a .htaccess file.

worksforme on 2000041205, win98, but added test url for easy of use.
.
I tried the url that you gave me www.abbyspeaks.com/beta under linux KDE and it does not work. It will not allow me to enter a password. i can enter a username fine
Is there just not a space for password (which would likely be a different, UI component) or is the password simply not working? Marking pp for now, I believe this only occurs on Linux. If anyone's able to repro this, I'd recommending nominating for beta1 or beta2

There's a spot for the password, but you can't type anything into it
-> editor this just sounds like a problem with the textfield itself
