355897 - not let me download ActiveX control for mp.aol.com after allowing mp.aol.com

I did not have the Mozilla ActiveX control for mp.aol.com, so I allowed mp.aol.com.  Even though I allowed it, it still did not let me download the Active X control.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://music.aol.com/artist/nickelback/410589/main
2.Click Watch the "Far Away" video
3.Click click here.
4.Click Edit Options...
5.Click allow.
6.Click close.


Actual Results:  
Repeated same steps

Expected Results:  
Should have downloaded ActiveX control and watched video

Appraantly the player doesn't support trunk releases. I will try with 2.0 RC2 and report back with my results.

This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
