When submitting a bug report, it helps to provide as much information as possible about your problem. For starters, verify that your problem still exists when you use a nightly trunk build from http://www.mozilla.org/developer. Also, does this happen when you try to use the Safe Mode of the browser (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode)?
