Using Vista RC2, using a standard account I am seeing is that either the firefox application does not start up or webpages don't load. Running the build as "Administrator" seams to work just fine.

This is WFM with both a trunk local build and an hourly tbox trunk build when using a standard user account as long as parental controls are disabled.

Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 BonEcho/2.0 as a standard user with parental controls enabled, pages load fine.

Using the Vista RTM and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9a2pre) Gecko/20061219 Minefield/3.0a2pre, web pages load fine for me running as a Standard User with parental controls turned on. In order to launch Firefox, I Have to "Run As Administrator", which I assume is the expected behavior here.
