customized toolbar always reset to default on restart, bookmarks and search engines lost on update, unable to add search engines.  Faults only from 1.5.0.7

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click to customize by dragging to and from toolbars
2.Everything then works ok until firefox needs to be switched off.
3.On reloading firefox, all customization lost.
