Update gcc on 'Linux galactica Depend Lt-Release' tinderbox

At the moment 'Linux galactica Depend Lt-Release' tinderbox uses gcc (GCC) 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-52) to produce the Lightning trunk nightly builds.

This nightly builds are not compatible with the Thunderbird trunk nightly builds produced by 'Linux crazyhorse Depend release' tinderbox using gcc (GCC) 3.3.3. See Bug 321244 for more details.

Please update 'Linux galactica Depend Lt-Release' tinderbox to use the same gcc version / build tools as the Thunderbird trunk tinderbox.
We'll be replacing it with the ref platform rather than upgrading in place.
