356784 - Update variables in download.js for RC 3

The variables and definitions in download.js need to be made ready for the RC 3
launch. A new definition needs to be created in fxbeta, and all the fxbeta
variables for the language links should be updated.

Also, we should make sure the platforms we're shipping match those in
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla1.8/source/browser/locales/shipped-locales (no changes as far as I can tell)
