pretty much what the summary says, there is no right margin which doesn't look right if the font is bigger than expected.  Attaching screenshot.
Actually, the same thing happens on Windows too; in my case, the font resolves to MingLiU (新細明體) and isn't quite the expected width.  Really, if you want a right margin, set it to something other than zero ;)

This is using bitstream vera sans ( a popular font used in most linux distribution as default font )
I also tried Arial and it looks even worse on Arial or Times New Roman.

This affects latest nightlies of Firefox 2.0.0.4, Minefield 3.0a5, Thunderbird 2.0.0.4pre on Win Vista (both en-US and SK locales). However it does NOT affect Sunbird 0.5 RC 1, see attachment.
