35686 - Column separators do not track pointer when dragged

The column separators in tables such as mail/news listings and bookmar manager
do not react properly to being dragged.  To reproduce:

1: Open the bookmark manager
2: Use the mouse to grab the bar between the Name and URL headers
3: Gesticulate wildly with the pointer.
4: Pause

When the dust settles, the bar and the pointer will be in totally different
places.  If you did it vigorously enough, the bookmark manager's display will be
pretty well scrambled, too.

I'm seeing this too.  Sometimes I try to "re-grab" the column divider, and when 
it does look like I've managed to grab it in "real time," I find that I can't 
adjust the widths of the columns by very much.

by the rewrite of tree on box grid
