In Linux Build ID 2000041212, after closing the Navigation Toolbar (by clicking at the left side of it), you can't bring it back, since the thing to click on to bring it back disappears. The same thing happens for the Personal Toolbar, but this can be brought back by selecting the item from the View menu - this approach does not work for the Navigation Toolbar.
