In the "you have requested a secure document" dialog box the text runs off the
right side of the dialog and there is a substantial margin on the left.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to a secure document.
2.view dialog.

->XP Toolkit Widgets. Not sure who really owns that dialog.

With closer inspection it looks like the text is sized to fit the full width of
the dialog however the icon takes up significant room on the left.

This doesn't sound like a widget problem. DougT checked in the string,
reassigning to him for triage

All of the Alert/Confirm dialogs are behaving odd. This sounds similar to
34065, which evaughan suggested a fix. I assigning that bug to ben since it
will effect ui for all these windows. Doing the same with this one.
