Details
Nvu has vertical and horizontal rulers allowing to change the size of
the selected element and change the height/width of table lines/columns.
Composer should have an enhanced version of those rulers, based on SVG to
be able to do vertical text in the vertical ruler, and fill the ruler to show
the magnetic grid (not implemented yet).
