Does latest build reproduce? see bug357307

I see this as well in Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061030 SeaMonkey/1.1b. I placed a sound file, popup.wav on my desktop and set [x] Play a sound [/Users/rich/Desktop/popup.wav ] The alert sound played anyway. Looks like this is a dup of bug 191614, although that bug hasn't had any comments since 2004...
This bug is still there on SeaMonkey/1.1.6 ( Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) Gecko/20071030). The popup blocking sound defaults to the currently selected OSX system alert sound, regardless of the "System Preferences/Sound/Play User Interface Sound Effects" setting. The mail notification sound (Preferences/Mail and Newsgroups/Notifications) operates as expected and can select a custom .wav file sound.
