Whenever an SSL error occurs, the end user is prompted with a cryptic error code. This should be replaced with a more user friendly text from http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/nss/ref/ssl/sslerr.html.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Load SSL webpage with error.
Actual Results:
Shows SSL error code.
Expected Results:
User friendly text describing the error.
