User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061025 BonEcho/2.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061025 BonEcho/2.0 This seems to be a regression since Firefox 2 (used to work for 1.5): When the clipboard contains a URL, middle clicking somewhere in the content area used to open that URL in the current window, which is the desired behavior for me. As scrolling and opening a URL collide at middle clicking, I have set middlemouse.scrollbarPosition to false and middlemouse.contentLoadURL to true. The observed behavior is that middle clicking starts the scrolling. - It is not possible any more to middle click a second time to open the URL. Reproducible: Always
Works again in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20070115 Firefox/2.0.0.1
