Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 Previously, in Firefox 1.5, if I had only one tab open and I pressed the shortcut to "close current tab" (CTRL-W) then Firefox would close, along with the tab. Now, in Firefox 2.0, when I do this same action, the current tab is closed, then an empty tab is opened in its place. In other words, I cannot seem to close Firefox with the CTRL-W shortcut any longer. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open firefox. 2. Open two tabs at any websites. 3. Go to the second tab. 4. Press the keyboard shortcut, CTRL-W, to close the current tab. 5. Repeat step 4. Actual Results: After step 5, the last tab is closed and a new, blank, tab is opened in its place. Expected Results: When down to a single tab and CTRL-W is pressed I expect Firefox to exit, as it did in previous versions. This problem did not occur in Firefox 1.5. I noticed it immediately after upgrading to Firefox 2.0. Additionally, it only occurs when the option "Always show the tab bar" is enabled.
