This is a branch from bug 341067.

The discussion in that bug is whether or not ctrl+w should close the window if the open tab is the last tab in the window. (More specifically, why this behavior should be tied to the seemingly unrelated hide tab bar option.)

Regardless, the focus should move to the address bar when ctrl+w blanks the last tab, because the most likely action after blanking the last tab would be entering an address. Keeping focus on an empty tab is inefficient and pointless behavior.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure that Auto-hide the last tab is off.
2.Use ctrl+w to close all open tabs.
3.

Actual Results:
Focus remains on the empty tab, forcing the user to tab, hit a hotkey, or use the mouse to do anything useful.

Expected Results:
Focus should move to a place where the user can accomplish something, logically the address bar.
