Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox version 2 and close the current page that is open
2. Go to the Firefox menu and come down to Preferences
3. Click the Main tab and see if the Use Current Page text is gone leaving a grayed out empty button

The Use Current Page text disappears leaving a grayed out empty button with no text.
Expected Results:
The Use Current Page text button in Firefox 2 preferences should show up grayed out.

Its clear that disabling the button is the correct behavior, but it should probably be disabled in a way that still shows what the button could have done if you had a window open.
