Details

This is for Win95 only- build 2000041407 M15- smoke testing ProfileManager. Using either ProfileManager or SelectProfile to bring up UI, next to the ProfileManager icon (second row of UI) is a series of ??????(19) instead of the words SelectUserProfile checked WinNT and Win98 and Mac -commercial and mozilla- they look normal

Move to M21 target milestone.

I haven't seen this in a while- can mark worksforme and I will verify
