When use "webcache.prc.sun.com" in Firefox, download google home page use "Save Page As","Google_files" can not be downloaded. Reopen download file,google's logo disappear.
This bug can be reporduced on Firefox2.0,Firefox1.5.0.6, and also can be reproduced on SuSe Linux.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Firefox and set the proxy as "webcache.prc.sun.com".
2.Load www.google.com, click File -> Save Page As and save it.
3.Check the files saved, and reopen it.
Actual Results:
1.Just "google(.html)" is saved, "google_files" can not be saved.
2.Reopen the files, google's logo disappear from www.google.com
Expected Results:
1.Google(.html) and Google_files all are saved.
2.Reopen the files, all are correct.
If use "webcache.japan.sun.com" as Firefox porxy,all work well with default setting. if change "Preferences"-> "Interface Language" to another language,e.g. Chinese(Simplified),Korean,etc. the actual results same with use "webcache.prc.sun.com".

So, what's special about the webcache.prc.sun.com proxy server?
To Frank Wein:
I don't know the difference between webcache.prc.sun.com and others proxy servers,the only things i know, they lie in different countries.

This is "google singapore" website issue,not browser bug.
When using different proxies,"google" page will be directed to different pages.Comparing the page source,it can be found that:
when proxy is prc.sun.com,in the page source,the picture related part shows:
style="background:url(/intl/en_com/images/logo_plain.png) no-repeat;height:110px;width:276px"
when proxy is sfbay.sun.com,in the page source,the picture related part shows:
src="images/logo.gif"
I guess the reason that the 1st proxy cannot save the picture,is because it doesn't offer a src link for the picture.So I don't think it's mozilla bug.Btw,IE has such problem too.
This bug can not be reproduced on both
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:1.8.1.7) Gecko/20071008 Firefox/2.0.0.7 and
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007111302 Minefield/3.0b2pr3

Resolution: --- → FIXED
This bug is about Firefox doesn't save the background image in css style.
And it is not fixed.
It's not proxy related. Testcase is http://www.google.com.sg
I think it is a dupe of bug 115107
Resolution: FIXED → DUPLICATE
Summary: "Google_files" can not be saved when use "webcache.prc.sun.com" as browser proxy → Firefox doesn't save background image in css style when using save page as, web page complete.
