When downloading a file, if I close all my firefox windows and leave the download manager up, when the download completes and the message "all files have finished downloading" if I click it to open to view the downloaded file, it fails to open.  This only occurs when the privacy option is checked
"Always clear my private data when closing Firefox"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto tools - options
2. Enable the option "Always clear my private data when closing Firefox"
3. Download a file
4. As the file downloads, close all firefox windows except the download window.
5. When the file finishes downloading, attempt to click the "all files have finished downloading" link and you will find it won't open so you can easily open your downloaded file

Actual Results:  
The download window fails to open.  When the "all files have finished downloading" message disapears then the "Always clear my private data when closing Firefox" pop-up displays

Expected Results:  
The download windows should open so you can easily locate and open your file.

Sorry forgot to add, you may need to check the option to make downloads close automatically upon finish found in tools - options - main tab - under the downloads section.

I can reproduce this issue on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008032405 Minefield/3.0b5pre
It is reproducible only if option "Close it when all downloads are finished" is enabled
