Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.12-20 i686; en-US; m14) BuildID: 2000041311 During an FTP download of a nightly Mozilla build, the download starts to go beserk. The progress dialog reports the transfer rate increasing beyond belief and the amount of data downloaded far exceeds the size of the file. I've ended up cancelling when the size of a 6MB download gets reported as 9MB with no sign of stopping. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to download a nightly build with Mozilla 2. 3.
This is also reported in these (yet) unconfirmed bugs: bug 33808 w. build 2000-032808 bug 35376 w. build 2000-041008
marking this a duplicate of bug 33808. Confirming bug 33808 as well. Reporter, could you comment at bug 33808 about your environment and if this happens at other downloads besides the nightlies. Thanks *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 33808 ***
