Details
Penelope needs the ability to create a new mailbox from within the Filter-creation dialog, as the current Eudora does. Currently if you are creating a filter and want to have that filter transfer to a mailbox that does not yet exist, you have to exit out of the Filter dialog completely, go create the mailbox, then go back end edit the Filter.
