Open the testcase. Expected behaviour: The upper cells both have a height of 10px set. This is too small for the text to appear, so the browser should stretch this to the minimum height required for the text to fit into the cell. Current behaviour: The cell behaves as if the height wouldn't have been set. This was observed in Mozilla build 2000041308.

worksforme: on win98 2000050412 looks identical to IE5, and almost identical in NS4 (which adds a space inbetween the tables for some reason)
