I.e. if I want to move a folder from position A to position B I need to open the bookmark manager, while for a bookmark I can just drag it to the desired position. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open folder in personal toolbar 2. Try to drag folder to different position Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Folder should be moved to new position.
