Firefox 2, Mac OS X 10.4.7: 1. Go to about:config 2. Search for "foo" 3. Right-click to add a new preference, and add something that has "foo" in it The results are not updated with the new pref.
I'm almost 100% sure this is a dupe, this has never worked in my recollection.
