I have www.google.com set at my home page. I also have the tab bar set to always be present. Every time I start Firefox, Google's image shifts from the center top of the main window to be offset to the right and overlapping the tab bar (I will attach a screenshot). Part of this image remains as an artifact if I go to a different web site in the same tab. The image completely disappears if I open a new tab, which presumably forces a complete redraw of the entire tab bar. If I click the "home" button, google display properly.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In preferences, set home page as www.google.com and to load home page on startup.
2. Restart Firefox.
Actual Results:
The problem as described occurred.
Expected Results:
Firefox should have loaded www.google.com "normally".
I do not know if this is reproducible with a different home page setting. Also, it may (or may not) be related to bug 357925 (a somewhat different tab bar display problem seen under WinXP).

I checked one additional thing and remembered another test. The additional thing is that I changed my homepage to slashdot.org and that page behaves normally, i.e. the title image does not move to the tab bar. Also, I've managed to reproduce the problem by setting google as the home page on somebody else's Powerbook.
