Steps to Reproduce:
1.You add a picture to background
2.You add to your CSS "background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center;"
Actual Results:
Backgrond image goes up by Y coord, see URL i provided
Expected Results:
Bakgound image should be at the center of window or frame
I have found some more backgound image positioning errors, but i cant replay then at the moment.
