I couldn't find where and how to transform in UTF8.
Some of my used calendars don't have problems, some of others have.
I always built and use all these calendars on Sunbird.
If I use back sunbird .02 it is fine for all theses calendars.

Sunbird and Thundirbird have the same problem, with the same agendas.
I tried with my own settings, don't work.
I tried with a brand new 0.3 (without settings), importing calendars. It is always the same agendas which are not  imported.

Allways are the same calendars which have the problem, or not. It is totaly reproductible, all the time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take off 0.2
2. install 0.3
3. try to import

Actual Results:  
Impossible to read some of calendars with 0.3.
Impossible to import them.
No information to be able to "change to UTF8".

Expected Results:  
Opening all the calendars (even with some envents lost, as it is noted in the precedent bugs).
