User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060910 SeaMonkey/1.0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060910 SeaMonkey/1.0.5 When Seamonkey receives a document with a content type it does not know how to handle, it opens a dialog box and gives the user several choices of what to do with the file. However, it does not give the user the option to simple display the document as plain text. It should give such an option, especially for content types in the text tree (text/*). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to retrieve some document with a content type that your instance of Seamonkey doesn't now about. (For example, http://www.w3.org/TR/swbp-classes-as-values/books1.n3 is of type text/rdf+n3 2. Notice that Seamonkey opens the "Opening <name>" dialog box, with options such as: - "Open it with the default application" - "Open it with" a selectable application - "Save it to disk." 3. Specifically, notice that there is no option to simply display the raw characters of the document. Actual Results: See above. Expected Results: Given that Seamonkey could display the document's characters as plain text, it should give the user that option, so the user doesn't have to go to an external text viewer.
