A <select> after a text <input>, both with the float:left property, do not display the selected item.

This regressed between the trunk builds 2006-11-16-04 and 2006-11-16-11.

Backing out bug 354600 fixes this for me.

Fixed by backing out bug 354600.  I'll make sure to test that testcase before
landing again.

Verified FIXED for me using trunk Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9a5pre) Gecko/20070525 Minefield/3.0a5pre; I can both make selection and see the default values just fine.
