Description

There are two parts to this bug. Part one describes a CPU usage jump from 0% to
~50% (bug 361667). The second will describe a jump from ~50% to 99%. This bug covers the 50%-->99% jump.

1. New profile, start firefox
2. Go to http://news.sky.com/skynews/home
3. Observe CPU usage.

Expected:
CPU Usage around 50% (see bug 361667)

Actual:
CPU Usage around 99%

~50% CPU with
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/2006110704 Minefield/3.0a1

~99% CPU with
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/2006110804 Minefield/3.0a1

There is no problem shown on:
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/2006112304 Minefield/3.0a1 [reflow branch from 20061031]
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1pre) Gecko/2006112303 BonEcho/2.0.0.1pre
So I'm punting this over to Core:GFX:Thebes on suggestion.
