Bug 359124 restored printing on trunk builds with Cairo. Clicking the preview in the print dialog box sends the file to the printer instead of previewing. Tested with home made Camino build and with Minefield. Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061128 Minefield/3.0a1 ID:2006112822
