I want to add the milestones automatically and also don't want to user file the bug under the older milestone than the current date. Reproducible: Always

bug#77193 probably is another way to solve the original request however I don't believe that it proposes adding a date field to the milestone which could also be used to identify milestones which have passed their due date as well as offer a somewhat more reasonable way to sort milestones.
