User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 Initial problem: Mozilla all of a sudden deleted all my bookmarks. After this: Customization of the toolbars is not possible. After closing Firefox and opening again, all of customizations (such as decreasing the size of the icons, changing their locations, and adding new icons) is reverted to default setting. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the browser 2.Go to View/Toolbars/Customize 3.Click small icons/drag icons to and from the toolbar to the box/Click done 4. Close the browser - open again. Actual Results: Customization of the toolbars is not possible. After closing Firefox and opening again, all of customizations (such as decreasing the size of the icons, changing their locations, and adding new icons) is reverted to default setting. Expected Results: Size and sequence order of the icons on toolbar should have remained as set above.
