362811 - Phishing Warning dialog broken/missing

Build: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061204 GranParadiso/3.0a1 -> 1.9a1

See the following Screenshot. If you go to a Phishing Site with 1.9a1 (like http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-a-trap.html as example), there is the Red Warning Sign in the URL Bar, but the Warning Dialog (get me out / Ignore this warning) is completely Missing/broken.

I will try later to find a regression range.
