offline.dtd is not utf-8 encoded. Not sure what it tries to be. Reuven checked that in, December 5th.

I can't find the file offline.dtd in that location in my local CVS checkout directories, but according to LXR copy, the file is just with the wrong encoding. Getting the file and changing the encoding solve this situation. File attached. $ wget http://lxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla1.8/source/he/mail/chrome/messenger/preferences/offline.dtd?raw=1 $ iconv offline.dtd -f windows-1255 -t utf-8

sorry for that. i committed the file with the utf-8 encoding to CVS.
