During the execution of the Choffman's Browser Buster test, and upon a jump to a
new page, the navigation bar duplicates itself and appears below the normal
navigation bar for a few moments.  It disappears when the next page is pulled up
and rendered.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Launch the Choffman browser buster test.
2.  Watch and enjoy.


Actual Results:  The navigation bar duplicates itself, as aforementioned.

Expected Results:  There should be no duplication.  It looks to maybe have
something to do with frame rendering.
