Bookmark toolbar item context menu actions fail. E.g. Open, Open in New Window, Open in New Tab

No errors showing up in error console,

Actual Results:  
Bookmark Toolbar item context menu actions fail silently

Expected Results:  
Bookmark Toolbar item context menu actions should...well, take action.
broken in bookmarks menu aswell
but works in bookmarks sidebar

Should be working again in next nightly build, because I partly backed out the patch from bug 330705 that caused this issue.
