Customer stated: "The left hand side and top of the Enterprise Adminstrator
Server consists of buttons and tabs. These are used to select various
configuration options. I don't get the option of seeing, or using, these top and
left hand-side buttons. I believe the top and left hand-side buttons might flash
in front of me, but the browser moves onto the next screen before I get a chance
to do anything. "
I am not familiar with administrating the server from a browser window, so I
can't be sure but I believe he is seeing, in the final rendering, only a single
frame of a page that should be composed of 2 or 3 frames.
This seem similar to a number of other submitted bugs I came across that had
issues with frames.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Before we can do much with this, we'll need a reproducable test case that the
engineers can easily get to. Either a server will have to be made available, or
the HTML that the server produces will have to be stored off as a test case.

I'm satisfied that this is the same as bug 37886. Should I resolve and mark as
dupe, or should someone else do that?

I agree guys, this is definitely a dup. I'll mark it such, thanks!
Regarding this bug though, I've not seen a reproducible test case yet, so if you
could provide it on the other report that would be much appreciated, thanks!
