This is a spin-off from bug 363960, where this was mentioned.

The url testcase should show an iframe, but doesn't anymore since the reflow branch landed.
I'll attach a testcase, also.

This could be a bogus mix of the box and block models.

If you put HTML elements inside their own <description> they will work.
