User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0

If you sit behind a proxy with authentication and firefox starts with an update message (the add-on manager starts before firefox itself), the update of an add-on can't be downloaded because of no proxy authentication. After Starting Firefox and giving the right proxy authentication the add-on can be installed.

Reproducible: Always
