Details
Using 3/11 build for apprunner.
1) select some text
2) try using Cut/Copy
Its not hooked up yet
also in the DOS shell it spits out: "Can't get selection mgr."

[This is once again broken, on the 3.23.99 Mac OS build and on Simon's debug
build.
Not re-opening, since Simon says that Rod is currently working on the code, and
would rather avoid creating unnecessary bug-noise. Sujay, please re-open if ya
