Requesting feature:
Build seamonkey completely without help, ie. option --disable-help. Evrything which has to do with the help system should be kicked off in this case.
I'd like to volounteer, if someone could give some advise.
At b.g.o. I learned it's somewhere in the chome-*.jar files, but I do not yet know where to jump in.
Perhaps the whole help should be built as an built-in extension, which is installed by default (when --disable-help is not given) ?
Reproducible: Always

SeaMonkey 1.0/1.1 already has this feature. Simply configure with
--enable-extensions=default,-help
SeaMonkey 1.5 will come with Toolkit, which automatically includes Help.
We don't have the power to decide whether or not to include it.
So this bug is either INVALID or WONTFIX or both.
