This is to track CLiCkSpeak icon issue on Firefox 3.
CLiCkSpeak is a screen reader extension for non-blind users from FireVox https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/600/

An issue on :

I don't think this bug is still valid. The CLC-4-TTS Suite with Fire Vox (http://firevox.clcworld.net/) has been update while the CLiCkSpeak extension seems dead and the extension home page (http://clc-4-tts.cjb.net/) is no more available.

this occurred due to not having a default image region for toolbar items. I think it still exist. We will look into it later
