maybe some permission errors

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fresh install of teh german firefox 2.0.1 (tried with varios download sources)
2. add a bookmark - no success
3. remove 2.0.1
4. install v 2.0.0 (german)
5. run teh onlien update...everything works :-)

Actual Results:  
no bookmarks after restart


the problem accours only within the german version
