You can't activate pulldown menu when autocomplete
menu is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Bugzilla "Advanced Search" page.
2. Input any characters Search text box to display
   autocomplete menu.
3. Click arrow button of the Summary.

Expected result:
Display the menu for the Summary.

Actual result:
Autocomplete menu on the Search text box is displayed.

I confirmed with latest Linux trunk build.

I can still reroduce with recent Linux trunk build.

Can't reproduce on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1pre) Gecko/20090619 Shiretoko/3.5pre, so marking WFM for now.
